Officially opened on the  23rd December 2009, The Resort features 17 Deluxe 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Villas, recreational facilities and The X Café & Restaurant.

The Resort is located across from the Exmouth Marina, 2km from the town centre and short stroll to Town Beach. If you are driving from Coral Bay we are only 150km North aproximately 1.5 hours drive along the main road.

Exmouth Resort  is 36 km north of the Learmonth Airport (LEA), a 1 hour 45 minute flight from Perth. There is a daily shuttle service from the Airport that can drop at the fron door approximately a 25 minute transfer

Exmouth is 1,270km north of Perth and sits at the northerly tip of the world renowned Ningaloo Reef Marine Park. Or 1,200km south of Broome ( A day's drive)
